All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Civil & Structural Engineering

The Civil & Structural Engineering section welcomes high-quality research contributions that advance the understanding, design, analysis, and performance of civil infrastructure and structural systems. This section publishes original articles, reviews, and case studies related to structural mechanics, reinforced and prestressed concrete, steel and composite structures, construction materials, geotechnical engineering, transportation systems, hydraulics, environmental engineering, and infrastructure resilience. Submissions should demonstrate scientific rigor, methodological clarity, and engineering relevance, with an emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and practical applicability. Studies that integrate experimental work, numerical modeling, advanced simulation, or emerging technologies—such as smart materials, structural health monitoring, and performance-based design—are particularly encouraged. All manuscripts undergo strict peer review to ensure the highest academic and ethical standards.

Architecture Engineering

The Architecture Engineering section welcomes high-quality original research, technical studies, and scholarly reviews that advance the theory and practice of architectural design, building performance, and the integration of engineering principles within the built environment. This section focuses on works addressing sustainable architectural systems, building technology innovation, environmental design, structural–architectural integration, digital modeling and simulation, indoor environmental quality, materials and construction methods, energy-efficient and resilient building strategies, heritage preservation technologies, and smart/interactive building systems. Submissions must demonstrate methodological rigor, clear relevance to contemporary architectural engineering challenges, and a contribution to improving the functionality, sustainability, and human experience of buildings. Both experimental and computational studies are considered, as well as interdisciplinary papers linking architecture with civil, environmental, structural, and urban engineering.

Electrical & Renewable energy Engineering

The Electrical & Renewable Energy Engineering section publishes high-quality, original research that advances knowledge in electrical power systems, electronics, control engineering, and sustainable energy technologies. Priority is given to studies that address modern challenges related to energy generation, conversion, transmission, storage, and smart-grid integration. The section welcomes contributions covering renewable energy systems—including solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, and biomass—along with hybrid systems, power electronics, electric machines, embedded systems, energy efficiency optimization, and grid resilience. Papers must demonstrate scientific rigor, methodological clarity, and practical relevance, contributing to innovation in both conventional electrical engineering and emerging renewable-energy applications. Interdisciplinary studies that bridge electrical engineering with environmental, computational, or materials sciences are also encouraged. The section ensures that all submitted work undergoes thorough peer review to maintain the highest standards of academic and technical excellence.

Cybersecurity Engineering

The Cybersecurity Engineering section welcomes high-quality original research articles, reviews, and technical studies that advance the protection, resilience, and reliability of modern digital systems. This section focuses on engineering-based methods for securing networks, embedded systems, cloud infrastructures, and critical cyber-physical platforms. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, cryptographic protocols, secure system architecture, intrusion detection and prevention, vulnerability assessment, threat modeling, digital forensics, and the design of security-enhanced hardware and software systems. Submissions addressing emerging challenges such as AI-driven attacks, IoT security, blockchain applications, and cybersecurity for industrial automation are strongly encouraged. All manuscripts should demonstrate methodological rigor, engineering innovation, and clear contributions to the advancement of secure and trustworthy technological ecosystems.

Computer & Software Engineering

This section publishes high-quality research contributions that advance theory, design, development, and application within computer and software engineering. Topics of interest include software architecture, software testing and verification, programming languages, distributed and cloud computing, embedded and real-time systems, artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering, human–computer interaction, data engineering, and large-scale software systems. Submissions should demonstrate methodological rigor, originality, and clear relevance to computer and software engineering practice. Studies presenting novel algorithms, frameworks, tools, or empirical findings that contribute to improved performance, reliability, security, or usability of software systems are particularly encouraged. Both theoretical investigations and applied studies with validated experimental results are welcome.

Environmental & Chemical Engineering

The Environmental & Chemical Engineering section welcomes original research articles, reviews, and technical studies that advance understanding and innovation in environmental protection, sustainable chemical processes, and pollution-control technologies. Submissions may address topics such as waste treatment, water and air quality engineering, environmental modeling and impact assessment, green chemistry, reaction engineering, materials for environmental applications, and the development of sustainable industrial processes. Interdisciplinary studies that integrate chemical principles with environmental engineering challenges—such as resource recovery, climate mitigation technologies, renewable materials, and advanced environmental monitoring—are strongly encouraged. All manuscripts must present scientifically rigorous methods, sound data interpretation, and clear implications for engineering practice or environmental sustainability.

Mechanical Engineering

This section publishes high-impact research across the broad field of mechanical engineering, including solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, manufacturing, materials engineering, robotics, and machine design. Manuscripts may address experimental investigations, computational modeling, optimization, energy systems, and emerging technologies such as additive manufacturing or smart materials. The journal particularly encourages contributions that advance engineering understanding, improve system performance, or introduce innovative mechanical solutions with real-world applications.

Biomedical & Bioengineering

The Biomedical & Bioengineering section features research that integrates engineering principles with biomedical sciences to improve healthcare technologies and biological system understanding. Topics include biomaterials, biomechanics, medical imaging, tissue engineering, biosensors, rehabilitation engineering, and biomedical device design. Manuscripts must present scientifically robust contributions that advance medical diagnostics, therapeutic technologies, human health outcomes, and the translation of bioengineering innovations into clinical applications.

Telecommunications & Information Engineering

The "Telecommunications & Information Engineering" section serves as a dedicated forum for the dissemination of high-impact research at the convergence of communication systems, networking, and information processing. This section welcomes original contributions that advance the theoretical foundations and practical applications of next-generation technologies, including but not limited to: 5G/6G and beyond networks, optical and wireless communications, network softwarization (SDN/NFV), the Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning for network optimization, information theory, and quantum communications. Submissions are expected to demonstrate rigorous methodological approaches, present novel and significant findings, and articulate their relevance to both the academic community and industrial practice. We prioritize manuscripts that offer profound insights, validated results, and clear implications for shaping future intelligent and secure information infrastructure. All submissions will undergo a stringent single-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific validity, reproducibility, and clarity, upholding the highest standards of scholarly publication.
