Author(s) Fees
Authors are kindly informed that an Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply upon the acceptance of the manuscript for publication. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with the peer-review management process, professional editing, typesetting, DOI registration, online hosting, archiving, and final publication of the article. APCs are commonly charged by scientific journals, particularly for open-access publication, and are generally payable only after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been formally accepted.
§ Article Processing Charges (APC): 15,756.00 (EGP) / 300 (USD)
§ 255 Euro/ 300 USD (VAT Excluded)
§ Provide waiver or discount options based on country eligibility
§ Provide a brief formal justification explaining the reasons for requesting the discount
The applicable publication fee will be clearly stated on the journal’s website or communicated to the corresponding author through an official invoice issued by the editorial office after acceptance. In cases where authors are affiliated with institutions, universities, or funding bodies that support open-access publication, the APC may be covered fully or partially by the institution or grant provider. Many journals also provide waiver or discount options based on country eligibility, financial need, or institutional agreements. Authors are advised to review the journal’s official APC policy carefully before submission.
Authors may submit a discount or waiver request directly to the journal’s editorial office prior to or immediately after manuscript acceptance. Requests may be supported by any official discount codes, institutional waiver codes, membership benefits, or promotional codes provided by the journal, publisher, or affiliated academic institutions.
In cases where no discount code is available, authors are encouraged to provide a brief formal justification explaining the reasons for requesting the discount. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, limited research funding, lack of institutional support, student or early-career researcher status, authorship from low- or middle-income countries, or exceptional academic collaboration circumstances. All discount and waiver requests will be reviewed by the editorial office on a case-by-case basis, subject to the journal’s publication policies and available support programs. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, and the final decision remains at the discretion of the journal or publisher. If approved, the corresponding author will be notified officially, and the adjusted publication fee will be reflected in the final invoice.
